भारतीय संस्कृतीचे एक अविभाज्य अंग म्हणून वेद ओळखले जातात. जगातल्या सगळ्यात जुन्या आणि समृध्द अशा रचनेमध्ये वेदांची गणना होते. हजारो वर्षांपूर्वी रचल्या गेलेल्या वेदांचा जाणते अजाणतेपणे आपण रोजच वापर करत असतो. त्यामुळे आपल्या प्रत्येकाच्या जीवनाचा देखील तो एक महत्वाचा भाग आहे. याच वेदांपासून नंतर उपनिषदांची निर्मिती झाली.ज्यात आपण नित्य म्हणतो असे अनेक श्लोक आणि महावाक्य दिसून येतात. वेद,उपनिषदे  वाचणे आणि समजून घेणे हे अनेकांना अवघड जाते.तसेच अनेकांना वेळेच्या अभावामुळे किंवा योग्य मार्गदर्शक नसल्याने आवड असूनही वेदांमध्ये आणि उपनिषदांमध्ये नाक्की काय आहे? हे जाणून घेता येत नाही. आपण आपल्या रोजच्या आयुष्यात अशा अनेक गोष्टींचे आचरण करतो ज्या मुळातच प्रगल्भ अशा प्रचीन भारतीय संस्कृतीच देण आहेत. त्यांचे ज्ञान हे प्रत्येक भारतीय व्यक्तीला असावे.अनेक गोष्टींचे वैज्ञानिक आणि तात्विक विश्लेषण देखील वेद आणि उपनिषदे आपल्याला देतात. त्यामुळे विद्यार्थी , शिक्षक, गृहिणी, नोकरदार, व्यावसायिक अशा प्रत्येक भारतीयाला आपली हि संस्कृती जाणून घेण्यासाठी वेदांची किमान माहिती असणे तरी गरजेचे आहे. सदर कार्यशाळेत मुख्यतः काय शिकाल ?

The Vedas are an inseparable part of Indian culture and are considered among the oldest and most profound texts in the world. Even though they were composed thousands of years ago, their wisdom is unknowingly present in our daily lives, making them an important part of everyone’s existence. The Upanishads were later developed from the Vedas, containing many of the verses and great teachings we recite today. For many, reading and understanding the Vedas and Upanishads can be challenging. Due to a lack of time or proper guidance, even those interested often struggle to grasp their content. However, many traditions and practices in our daily lives originate from ancient Indian wisdom, making it essential for every Indian to have basic knowledge of the Vedas. The Vedas and Upanishads also provide scientific and philosophical insights, which are valuable for students, teachers, homemakers, professionals, and business owners alike. This workshop provides a practical and structured approach to learning the Vedas, making their knowledge accessible to everyone.
